Hi, kids:
I have found a game that you may like. It is about the different food groups and the exercise we need to do every day to be active and healthy.
If you want, you can give it a go. Click here.
See you tomorrow ;)

Good afternoon, everyone:
As you know, we are studying plants and learning a lot about how they grow. Next week, we will start one of the most interesting contents: Photosynthesis (how plants obtain the food they need...).
We have tried to make our own terrariums at school and it seems it is working, but maybe you want to make one at home. The next video shows the most important steps to create this tiny ecosystem in a jar. If you have any doubts, please ask me tomorrow in class.
This is the video.
See you tomorrow!

Hi, kids:
Some of you have asked me to share here the word map we did together last week. Your wish is my command, so...
There's another thing. These are the photographs about spores we have seen today.
And this is the video where the fern shoots the spores. So cool!
Ramón C.
Good morning, kids:
I wanted to share with you two more word maps on invertebrates. This time we deal with molluscs and echinoderms. Have a look at them to see if you know that information.
MOLLUSCS
ECHINODERMS
There are also two videos you could watch. They go over some aspects of those two groups.
We finish with a game to go over some of those groups: GAME
See you tomorrow.

Hi, kids:
I know some of you have troubles with invertebrates. They are a group with thousands of different species, so it is easy to be overwhelmed. I wanted to share with you a word map we used some time ago to study these contents.
There is a game you can play to go over some of the contents you are studying about this group of crunchy animals.
See you tomorrow!

Good morning, everyone:
We have prepared a folder with some photographs from our workshop with Mariola and Nabil. Your drawings were awesome and we thought you may like to share them with your parents.
You worked very hard during that session and Nabil and Mariola were very happy with your enthusiasm. Thanks a lot, kids.
Click on the link below and have a look at the photos and videos.
TALLER DE ARTE EN LA NATURALEZA
And this is the video we watched. We thought you might like to watch it again and see some of the animals you learnt to draw.
Enjoy this long weekend.
See you on Wednesday.

Hello, kids!
As I promised, here you can watch the videos with the fern and mosses and how they reproduce using spores.
FERNS
MOSSES
And this is the website I told you about. You can listen to forests all over the world. The yellow dots show you the location of these forests. Click and listen to the wind and the many animals that live there. I hope you like it ;)
See you tomorrow!

Good morning, kids:
It was great seeing some of you yesterday! It made me very happy :)

Today we have English and Natural Science. Ready?
ENGLISH (3º A y B).
Go to your AB page 104 and try to do activities 1 to 4. Very easy!
Next I am going to ask you to study your verbs. Just 5 minutes, ok?
NATURAL SCIENCE (3º A y B).
Two days ago we introduced the new unit and learnt the two big groups (vertebrates and invertebrates). Today we are going to start with the first group of vertebrates: mammals.
Read PB page 46 and have a look at the next word map (you can copy it if you want to, but it is voluntary work).
1. Write a mammal that...
That'll be all!
See you soon :)

Buenas tardes, alumnos y familias:

Hello, kids:
Our classmate Violeta has made this great model of the human body. If you look carefully you will see some of the systems we are studying and their main organs.
I am sure you will like it, and you can use it to study.
Thanks a lot, Violeta!
Have a nice lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng weekend.

Hello, kids:
Let's talk about some of the systems in our body. So far we have studied five: circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory and reproductive.
I have found a nice video that shows how the blood is pumped by the heart inside the circulatory system. It explains some of the contents we have seen together (the size of the heart, the different vessels, etc.).
And now, let's do some activities.
I want you to look at the next photographs and choose the right option (A or B). You can write the answers in your notebook.
2. Can you identify the next organ? A) SMALL INTESTINE or B) LARGE INTESTINE.
3. Can you identify the next organ? A) SMALL INTESTINE or B) LARGE INTESTINE.
I am sure it was super easy ;)
One more thing. Can you identify the next body systems? Some of them were studied last month. You can write the answers in your notebook.
See you tomorrow ;)
Ramón C.
Good morning, kids.
Have a look at the next interactive worksheets to go over some of the body systems we are studying these days. They are super easy!
The first activity is here. The other two are at the bottom of this post.
Good luck ;)
Good morning, everyone!
Let's do some Natural Science.
Some days ago we talked about the FIVE SENSES. Today I'd like to go over this content with the next activities:
1. Fill in the appropriate group with the right word.
2. Use the right verb for each sentence.
Good morning, kids:
How are you today? It is Friday, and that is always good :)
Watch the next presentation and play the game: THE FIVE SENSES
I use my hands to__________________________________.
I use my tongue to_________________________________.
I use my ____________________________________to see.
I use my ____________________________________to hear.
I use my nose to____________________________________.
3. Explore, draw and write.
LOCOMOTOR SYSTEM = BONES + MUSCLES.
Build a Skeleton: click.
