Hi, kids.
Don't forget that you can do some voluntary work to get some extra credit for this unit.
Remember you just have to write some facts about a river or a mountain in range we can find in Europe (but don't choose the ones we have already studied).
If you choose rivers, maybe you would like to play this game:

And there is another one about mountain ranges:

See you tomorrow!

turtles vs tortoises
Hi, kids.
Before you start your weekend I wanted to share with you a short video to see some of the differences between a tortoise (land) and a turtle (water). Don't forget both are reptiles!
Have a nice weekend.

Animals
Good morning, kids.
Yesterday we were a bit confused about some animal facts: do whales have teeth and can ducks fly?
1. Do whales have teeth?
Well, some whales have teeth and others have a baleen, which is a filter-feeder system. Don't worry, we will explain both systems in class. Meanwhile, have a look at these images.
2. Can ducks fly?
See you later :)
