Xmas carol

Hi, kids.

We have started to learn the Xmas carol we will sing on the 21st December. Have a look at the lyrics and watch the video below to start rehearsing at home. I hope you like it.
video

(EVERYBODY’S WAITIN’ FOR) THE MAN WITH THE BAG
(Taylor, Brooks and Stanley 1950).

Old Mr.Kringle, is soon gonna jingle
The bells that'll tinkle all your troubles away
Ev'rybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
'Cause Christmas is comin' again

He's got a sleighful, it's not gonna stay full
He's got stuff to drop at ev'ry stop of the way
Ev'rybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
'Cause Christmas is comin' again

He'll be here with the answers to the prayers
That you've made through the year
You'll get yours if you've done ev'rything you should
Extra special good

He'll make this December, the one you'll remember
The best and the merriest you ever did have
Ev'rybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
Christmas is here again

Irregular verbs

Good evening, kids.

As I told you this afternoon, I thought that you may need some help to practise at home how to pronounce the verbs you are learning.

If you click on the links below, you can listen to them:

Irregular verbs

Regular verbs (regular verbs are different... There are three different ways to pronounce that -ed ending. We will help you learn the differences, but this video can be a good beginning).

See you tomorow :)

latitude and longitude

Hi kids!

As you know, in Social Science we are studying world maps. The lines of latitude and longitude are very interesting concepts. In the link below there is a game to understand how these lines help us locate different places on the Earth's surface.

I hope you like it!

Monotremes

Good morning, kids!

As you know, we are learning a lot about how animals reproduce. Today we talked about monotremes: those mammals that lay eggs.

This is the video we watched today. Pay attention to the differences between these monotremes and other animals that lay eggs, such as the lizard.

I hope you like it.

Have a nice weekend ;)

water cycle

Hi, kids.

As you know, we have just finished Social Science Unit 3 and one of the main contents is the water cycle. I am sure you have been studying since we began this unit, but we need the last effort before the test. Try your best and everything will be alright.

I know you enjoyed the water cycle song so why don't you share it with your family?

Have a nice weekend ;)

Good morning, little scientists!

This Natural Science unit is a bit difficult. Don't worry, we will go over all those contents before the test. Anyway, I have found some videos that could help you understand some of the concepts we have studied so far. Watch them and ask me any doubts that may arise.
